Once the agreed work has been completed and delivered, the client will own the full copyright to the final content created for them. Continental Publishers will not retain any copyright ownership over the delivered content. The client is free to publish, distribute, and use the completed work as they choose, subject to the agreed project terms.

Payment Policy

Continental Publishers requires full advance payment for all services listed or offered through the website. Any transaction fees, processing charges, taxes, or other applicable costs will be the responsibility of the client.

Revisions

Continental Publishers offers unlimited revisions on delivered work, provided that revision requests are submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. In certain special cases, revision requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. All revision requests related to a client’s order will be handled according to the urgency and nature of the project. The standard minimum turnaround time for revisions is 24 hours. Revision timelines are generally as follows:

• For projects with 48 hours or more of urgency, the revision turnaround time will be 72 hours.

Project Requirements

All project requirements will be discussed with the client before work begins. Any concerns, disagreements, or service-related disputes will be reviewed based on the original project requirements, agreed terms, these Terms and Conditions, and reasonable business standards.

Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested before Continental Publishers begins work on the project. Once work has started, any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges, service costs, or other relevant fees.
Refund requests will not be accepted for orders placed under limited-time offers, special discounts, or promotional pricing.
If a client is not satisfied with a product or service delivered by Continental Publishers, a refund request may be submitted within 5 days of order completion. In cases where the required service cannot be fulfilled through the unlimited revision process, a partial refund may be considered based on the specific situation and the percentage of work completed.
If no refund request is submitted within 5 days after the completed order has been delivered, the order will be considered accepted and approved by the client.
